THIS IS A $25 CUSTOM DESIGN FEE - Up to 2 Revisions Allowed

**FINAL PRICE & QUANTITY will be determined after the custom design is approved and finalized between the Customer and the Designer of Ooh LaLa by Design.  

When ordering, please enter your email address and contact information as well as any instructions such as color, mascots, etc.

REFUND POLICY ON CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS: This fee is non-refundable if the order is not completed.
